Reverse Damage
The tooth has natural properties that allow itself to last a lifetime. The tooth has a certain hardness, flexibility, etc to its certain layers. Using these properties we're able to RESTORE a tooth to how it was before the damage was done.
Long Term Results
The goal is to treat the tooth once and only once, for the same defective area. Sounds cliche and common place, but it's not. Typical crowns need to be replaced 5-10 years, and fillings around 3-5 years. 30+ years isn't un heard of for a biomimetic restoration.
Keep Teeth Alive
We create a highly bonded seal on the tooth. This allows the tooth to heal itself from the previous damage that was done by the decay or fractures. We're decreasing pulpal deaths, or in other words, decreasing the need for root canals.
Ultra Conservative
We treat the damaged, decayed or otherwise unusable areas of the teeth. Nothing more. That means there's more tooth left after a biomimetic restoration compared to traditional dentistry.
