This depends on your learning style!  The one-on-one coaching gives you more of a personalized adaptation to the sciences and techniques, while the group classes can help you think outside of the box and look at things differently.  Both offer different advantages.  Try out what you think is best!

Online course materials are all online to be reviewed at your own pace.  Some courses are designed to be delivered over a period of weeks to not overwhelm and allow you to put into practice what we are covering.  

Online coaching sessions are just for the hour.  However, with a paid membership, you can go back and review these as much as you'd like. 

This depends on a few factors.  Your background, understanding of the sciences, your availablity and ability to apply these into practice are all things that will contribute to your speed and success.  That being said, you WILL improve and grow in knowledge and understand with the more time you put in.  

I can't guarantee what you are doing on your time.  I can guarantee quality information.  While there is no guarantee for your learning, you are free to cancel your membership whenever you would like.
